Prepare and present accurate electrical estimates and cost plans
Manage procurement from pre-qualification through bid analysis and reporting
Compile contractual documents and support project execution
Assist with post-contract cost variances and change control processes
Collaborate with the Project Manager on major project changes
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in pre-contract and post-contract cost management
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SmartDraw, TurboBid, or similar software
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related technical field
Equivalent industry experience will be considered
