Responsibilities

Full P&L ownership across software resale, BPaaS, implementation, and managed services

Build and execute regional go-to-market strategy aligned with SAP

Drive new logo acquisition, enterprise expansion, and services-led growth

Own forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution rigor

Lead, coach, and scale a team of enterprise sales executives

Serve as executive partner to SAP AEs, CSMs, and regional leadership

Lead complex enterprise sales cycles across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and regulated industries

Required

Proven experience leading regional or national enterprise sales teams

Track record closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals

Strong partner ecosystem experience (SAP, Workday, Oracle, ADP, UKG, etc.)

Demonstrated ability to scale pipeline, bookings, and revenue

Preferred

SAP SuccessFactors experience

Payroll, benefits, BPaaS, or managed services expertise

Services and implementation sales leadership background
