Regional Director of Operations - PACNW & Northeast U.S
Bright Talent, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead multi-site performance across the Pacific Northwest and Northeast U.S. This role involves full operational and financial ownership of a region, ensuring high-quality patient care while driving sustainable growth in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
Own full P&L responsibility for your region, driving strong financial, operational, and clinical outcomes
Develop and execute regional operating plans focused on growth, efficiency, labor management, and patient experience
Monitor KPIs, identify trends, celebrate wins, and coach underperforming locations to success
Build trusted, collaborative relationships with physicians, APPs, and clinical leaders
Meet regularly with providers to review performance, remove barriers, and identify growth opportunities
Partner with Market Medical Directors and Operations leadership on key regional decisions
Lead, mentor, and develop clinic leadership and teams across a geographically dispersed region
Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional development
Foster a culture that reflects Epiphany’s Core Values and commitment to excellence
Support new clinic openings, relocations, expansions, and renovations
Partner with Corporate Development, Physician Recruiting, and Operations to pursue new business
Support acquisition integrations and ensure a smooth transition into the Epiphany platform
Ensure clinics meet all quality, regulatory, compliance, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
Drive consistent, high-quality patient experiences across all sites
Collaborate with corporate partners to implement best practices and strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Director-level (or higher) experience leading multi-site healthcare operations (20+ locations required)
Proven success owning P&L, KPIs, and large geographically dispersed teams
Strong ability to influence and partner with physicians and clinical leaders
Bachelor's degree required
Comfortable with up to 60% travel, primarily within your region
Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office
Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred
Background in a healthcare specialty environment (dermatology, ophthalmology, dialysis, gastro, anesthesiology, ambulatory/surgery center, etc. strongly preferred)
Master's degree preferred
