Responsibilities
Ensure the integrity of financial statements and maintain a strong Sarbanes Oxley (sox) control environment
Strengthen financial and business acumen through ongoing learning and review of business information and technical documentation
Support and influence the development and review of budgets and business planning activities
Support and influence the creation and review of monthly forecasts and savings/use analyses
Actively build and foster strong relationships within the team and with key business partners
Analyze financial reports and cost data to help influence outcomes and support business objectives
Provide management with financial and operational insights to drive effective decision‑making
Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required
2–4 years in fp&a, accounting, or audit (public or corporate)
Strong knowledge of gaap and Sarbanes Oxley (sox) requirements; exposure to internal controls, testing, and remediation
Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (operating expense, headcount, capex, and savings/use analyses)
Financial modeling skills: scenario analysis, driver-based planning, sensitivity analysis
Advanced excel (e.g., index/match or xlookup, sumifs, pivot tables, power query; macros a plus)
