Responsibilities
Lead the development and optimization of production processes to meet project and business targets
Approve and validate designs for internal and externally developed processes
Define production costs and sequence workflows to maximize quality while minimizing cost
Develop investment budgets for new product and process initiatives
Support supplier evaluation with Supply Chain partners to assess technology and capacity
Collaborate with R&D and global teams to strengthen technical standards and integrate new process technologies
Promote a strong safety culture across all production development activities
Build, guide, and develop a high‑performing team in alignment with HR policies
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and manufacturing engineering
2+ years of direct people leadership experience
2+ years of project management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical communication
Preferred
Experience in transformer manufacturing
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Lean Practitioner certification
Strong project/organizational skills
