Responsibilities
Data management and reporting for NCE Florida Programs including annual accreditation and approval reports for each program, collection and management of student data including outreach for post-graduation employment information, and management of state certification exam reports
Materials management for the School Psychology program including secure testing materials
Scheduling support including development of Cohort Calendars for Educational Leadership and Master of the Arts in Teaching programs as needed
Workflow management of course adjustments and assignment of course reference numbers prior to each term
Calendar management for reporting deadlines for all Florida Education Programs
Administrative support for Campus Administrators including supplemental contract workflow, calendar management, and clerical support as needed
Reception desk support as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED Required plus a minimum of 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; Or an equivalent of education- Associate Degree preferred
1 year of experience required in administrative support, program coordination, academic operations, or data management
Proficient with Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and data entry
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience supporting educator preparation programs, accreditation processes, or state reporting
Experience with academic scheduling workflows, course builds, or catalog systems
Prior experience supporting multiple leaders or units simultaneously
