Responsibilities
Proofreading and choosing the appropriate documents. To include keying the appropriate information on the documents which will be included in the policy contract
Prepare duplicate policies
Key information on policy documents
Handle calls and emails from agents and other departments
Proofreading checks, letters, and forms
Review, approval, and data entry of beneficiary changes
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Basic computer skills
Good reading and English skills
Good documentation and organizational skills are a must
Typing and calculator expertise is necessary
Ability to work independently and as a team
Preferred
Part I LOMA (Course 1 and 2) is helpful
