Responsibilities
Lead development and implementation procurement cost savings projects
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder alignment across Engineering, Operations, Quality, HR, and other stakeholders in the organization
Build and manage detailed project plans including milestones, owners, and risk tracking
Track and report on project progress, risks, and KPIs to stakeholders and senior leadership
Collaborate with category managers and business stakeholders in building business cases incl. quantifying expected savings, payback, and operational impact
Track actual benefits realization post-implementation
Support the transformation of Indirect Procurement by building and implementing standard work and optimized processes, drive analytics and evaluate and roll-out new technology
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experiences in lieu of the degree
5+ years of work experience including project or program management experience in an Operations, Logistics or Procurement function
Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization to manage scope of work and ensure alignment with business needs
Results-orientation and problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, assess risk, and drive forward progress in a structured manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team
Ability to travel domestically occasionally (5%)
Preferred
Project Management Qualification
Familiarity with indirect categories (e.g., MRO, Fleet, Chemicals, Corporate Services)
Understanding of Indirect Procurement Processes and Procurement Tools
Experience in Transformation and Change Management
