They are seeking a Regional Health Services Specialist LVN to manage day-to-day healthcare operations, ensuring quality care for residents and supervising nursing staff within the community.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the assigned communities to ensure resident’s healthcare needs are met

Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensure quality care as resident’s healthcare needs change

Supervise licensed nurses and other direct care team members within the community

Strengthen clinical processes within the community until a replacement is identified, then support newly assigned Health Services Director

Travel within the organization to support the management of vacant positions, startup communities, vacations/leave of absences, etc

Qualification

California LVN licenseResidential Care Facility experienceSupervisory experienceTeaching/training staffCOVID-19 vaccination

Required

Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse holding a valid California nursing license in good standing

Able to effectively teach/train staff

Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours of start date

All new team members must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption due to Qualifying Medical Reasons or Religious Beliefs subject to legal requirements

Preferred

Four (4) years' experience working in Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)

Three (3) year experience supervising and managing employees

Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
