Responsibilities

Assist with technology projects related to e-commerce platforms, internal tools, and digital systems
Support documentation efforts, including process diagrams, system notes, and technical guides
Help test new features, integrations, or workflows and provide feedback to the team
Perform basic data analysis, reporting, or cleanup tasks as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Content, Customer Experience) to understand how technology supports the broader organization
Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities
Learn and follow best practices related to security, data privacy, and system reliability
Take on special projects aligned with the intern's interests and the needs of the Technology team

Required

Currently pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree
Strong desire to learn, grow, and make meaningful contributions
