Regional Sales Manager (Midwest)

Leminal Diagnostics is a Chicago-based supplier of diagnostic imaging systems and parts, and they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to build and own their Midwest commercial presence. Responsibilities

Own and develop a greenfield Midwest territory across hospitals, IDNs, imaging center networks, ASCs, and service organizations
Proactively identify, develop, and close new diagnostic imaging system and medical equipment opportunities
Leverage existing relationships while building new ones to create a durable, repeatable book of business
Spend significant time in the field meeting customers, attending site visits, and representing Leminal at industry events and trade shows
Build trust and credibility with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
Maintain strong CRM discipline, pipeline management, and forecasting
Collaborate closely with the CEO and VP of Sales on territory strategy, deal structuring, and market feedback
Help define and refine the Midwest go-to-market approach and, over time, participate in hiring and developing additional regional sales talent

Required

Proven ability to build territories, generate pipeline, and close complex, relationship-driven sales cycles
Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to build long-term trust and credibility
Comfortable operating autonomously while staying closely aligned with leadership
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Midwest and be on-site at HQ at least 2 days per week
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping build and scale a growing business

Preferred

3+ years of experience in medical equipment, imaging, or medical device sales preferred
Background in OEM capital equipment sales, aftermarket or refurbished systems, and / or medical device sales
Experience selling into hospitals, imaging centers, ASCs, IDNs, or related healthcare organizations
Existing Midwest healthcare relationships strongly preferred
