Support Account Managers in managing client accounts and job requirements
Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates
Assist in client communication, requirement intake, and follow-ups
Track submissions, interviews, placements, and account metrics

Build foundational relationships with hiring managers and internal teams
