Client Service Associate - Financial Services
TalentLink Solutions is a growing, independent financial services firm based in York, PA, dedicated to guiding clients through important financial decisions. They are seeking a Client Service Associate to deliver a seamless client experience by supporting client account functions and ensuring accurate documentation and organization.

Responsibilities
Provide support to Financial Advisors and Financial Planners
Open new client accounts and research client and security information using internal databases and other technologies
Ensure all client paperwork and documentation is complete and accurate before submission to support proper maintenance and meet firm and industry requirements
Prepare letters, forms, and reports to assist with servicing existing clients
Enter and process trades as directed by the Financial Advisor, based on experience and credentials
Facilitate client cash flow needs, including systematic income and one-time withdrawals
Accurately organize and compile relevant client information and notes in our CRM, planning, imaging, and all other business systems
Organize, manage, and track multiple, detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, task-oriented work environment
Provide superlative hospitality and client experience to every client
Qualification
Required
Strong technology skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
Excellent follow-through and communication regarding status of open items
Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work assignments and deadlines efficiently despite frequent interruptions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate in a pleasant, tactful, and effective manner (both orally and in writing), and to handle difficult, sensitive issues
Preferred
Bachelor's degree highly preferred, or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of progressive experience in wealth management highly preferred; candidates with experience in similar environments, such as accounting, banking, investment operations, insurance, or mortgage industry roles with a focus on processing are also encouraged to apply
Knowledge of financial services products, including but not limited to equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts preferred
While not required, candidates with Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, or Series 66 licenses will get priority viewing
Knowledge of industry-specific software (LPL Broker Dealer Systems and Redtail) is a plus
