Responsibilities

Extracts and compiles data to create competitive job offer(s)
Maintains department goals to maintain the Memorial Experience to all applicants, candidates, hiring managers and team members as measured by various customer experience surveys
Demonstrates current knowledge of and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities
Creates sourcing strategies to attract and find top talent candidates to fill open requisitions using technology based search techniques, established external relationships and support and attend recruitment hiring events or conferences
Screens and selects top talent candidates by conducting / scheduling initial interviews, submit candidates to hiring manager for review and feedback, construct competitive offer package

Required

Bachelors (Required)
Two (2) years of Full Cycle Recruitment experience
