Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance ABAP programs supporting SAP FI modules (AP, GL, FA)
Develop and maintain:
Reports (Classic, ALV, ALV OO)
Interfaces (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, file-based integrations)
Conversions (LSMW, BDC)
Forms (SAPscript, SmartForms, Adobe Forms)
Create and enhance User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, Enhancements, and BTEs related to FI processes
Troubleshoot and optimize ABAP code for performance and scalability
Qualification
Required
Highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) modules, specifically Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA)
Good Client interaction and FI functional knowledge to understand and provide solution to any business requirements
SAP ABAP Technical Expertise
ABAP Objects (OOPs concepts)
Classical & Interactive Reports
ALV (Grid, OO ALV, SALV)
Module Pool Programming
Debugging and Performance Tuning
Background Jobs and Spool Handling
Data Dictionary (Tables, Views, Indexes, Search Helps)

Code documentation and test cases
SAP FI (Financial Accounting) – Functional Knowledge
Accounts Payable (AP)
Vendor master data
Invoice posting and payment processing

Journal entries
DART, Move and Merge, ADB
Document splitting and ledger postings
Fixed Assets (FA)
Asset master data
Asset acquisition, capitalization, depreciation
Asset transfers and retirements
Understanding of FI document flow and accounting postings
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Good documentation skills
ECC for Finance Modules – AP, GL, FA
Design, develop, and enhance ABAP programs supporting SAP FI modules (AP, GL, FA)
