AVANGRID MANAGEMENT COMPANY is looking for an Analyst to improve leadership development programs. The role involves automating workflows, analyzing learning metrics, and coordinating logistics for events to support program delivery aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

Collect and maintain learning data from multiple sources and update our Workday Learning Management System (LMS)
Create dashboards to track participation and outcomes, highlighting insights that inform business decisions
Analyze trends and recommend improvements to enhance program effectiveness
Automate routine tasks like participant communications and data entry and assist with those tasks during automation rollouts
Document workflows and train team members on tools and dashboards
Manage logistics for virtual and in-person events, including scheduling, materials, payments, onsite support, and virtual features like breakout rooms and chat moderation

Required

2+ years of experience in data analysis or project coordination, ideally in learning and development
Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Power BI, Excel, Power Automate)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with LMS platforms and reporting

Preferred

Experience coordinating learning events or working with external vendors
Experience with Workday
Knowledge of instructional design or adult learning principles
