Responsibilities
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Personal Auto Insurance
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements
Lead discovery, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives
Work closely with product owners, developers, Qa, and business stakeholders
Support system implementations, enhancements, and regulatory changes
Create Brds, Frds, user stories, workflows, and data mappings
Participate in Uat, production support, and release planning
Provide strategic insights to improve underwriting, rating, claims, and policy systems
Qualification
Required
10–15 years as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain
Strong Subject Matter Expert experience in Personal Auto Insurance (mandatory)
Hands-on experience with policy administration, claims, billing, and rating systems
Deep understanding of auto insurance regulations, coverage types, and underwriting rules
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor
