Responsibilities
Assists clients with logging into and navigating the online account portal
Review and process client documentation for new account set up and maintenance
Identifies and resolves account access or documentation issues proactively
Works closely with internal team members to enhance client support processes
Respond to inquiries from clients, branches, and internal teams via phone and email
Ensure all client requests comply with company policies and procedures
Cross-train on additional operations roles to provide coverage during peak periods
Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn and follow financial service regulations and procedures
Minimum required: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum required: 2 + years' related experience in customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
