Responsibilities

Gather, document, and write business and technical requirements, including API requirements
Collaborate with development teams to communicate and implement solutions
Create data mappings and data flow diagrams to support system integrations
Test APIs using Postman (or similar tools)
Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
Help develop product and service strategies based on business trends
Partner with internal teams to understand challenges and propose solutions
Contribute to initiatives that enhance client and customer satisfaction

Required

Experience writing requirements for APIs and testing APIs using Postman (or similar tools)
Intermediate SQL skills for querying and validating data
Experience with data mapping and data flow diagramming
Background in Financial Services, ideally Wealth Management
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
5+ years of relevant industry experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work across business and technical teams with ease

Preferred

Experience supporting or developing front-end applications in banking or e-commerce environments
