Responsibilities
Assisting homeowners who submitted a lead form and have a project to complete on their homes
Build value through our services
Convey the benefits of working with our handymen
Book an appointment for the homeowner’s project
Providing a delightful experience
Understand the needs of the homeowner by understanding their project in-depth
Ensuring that we are matching the homeowner with the proper professional for their project needs
Learning as much as possible about various home projects
Qualification
Required
2+ years working in customer-facing roles required
Retail, hospitality, call center or other related customer-facing experience
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. Samples may be requested
Ability to deliver a world-class customer experience while balancing the needs of the business
Team and solution-oriented
Willingness to go above and beyond for customers
Regular attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts and timeliness
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements
Preferred
Home improvement background is considered a plus
