Insurance Licensing Account Manager (100% Remote, US)
EXTREVO is a fast-growing, investment-backed insurance licensing services and compliance provider. In this role, you will manage multi-state licensing filings, serve as the primary client contact, and work alongside a high-caliber team, with opportunities for mentorship or supervisory roles for high performers.
Responsibilities
Manage Insurance producer, agency, adjuster, and entity licensing filings across all U.S. states
Ensure compliance with state DOI requirements and NAIC standards
Prepare, review, and submit new insurance licenses, renewals, reinstatements, updates, and surrenders
Serve as the primary client contact and resolve complex insurance licensing issues
Review insurance licensing work for accuracy and contribute to process improvements
Mentor or guide junior licensing specialists (optional)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on insurance licensing account management experience, personally preparing, submitting, and tracking licenses across multiple U.S. states
Experience managing producer, agency, adjuster, and entity licenses across multiple lines of authority (P&C, Life, Health, Annuities, etc.)
Experience in carrier, MGA, agency, brokerage, or insurtech environments
Strong knowledge of U.S. insurance licensing and compliance regulations
Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Preferred
Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus but not required
