Responsibilities
Own and oversee all workforce timekeeping cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time submission
Lead, coach, and develop Workforce Solutions Specialists and Supervisors, including staffing, training, and performance management
Partner closely with Payroll leadership on workload planning, escalations, acquisitions, and operational initiatives
Serve as the internal expert for Kronos Workforce Central and Dimensions, including time reporting, historical corrections, and regulatory compliance
Drive process improvements, documentation, and training standards across workforce and payroll operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of payroll and workforce timekeeping experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment
Hands-on expertise with Kronos Workforce Central and Dimensions, including FLSA compliance
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional payroll experience; CPP certification strongly valued
