They are seeking a Finance and Business Specialist to analyze financial performance, prepare and review financial statements, manage budgets, and assist with accounting functions while supporting strategic financial planning and ensuring accurate reporting.

Analyzing financial performance

Supporting the organization’s strategic financial planning
Ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to communicate insights
Ensuring the smooth financial operations of CEB

Required

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and support decision-making processes
Experience in finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements and reports
Accounting knowledge with the ability to manage accounts receivable and payable, audits, and compliance
Exceptional communication skills for effectively presenting financial information to diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, mission-driven environment

Preferred

Familiarity with financial software and tools is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
