They are seeking a Director of Finance Transformation Strategy Consulting to lead full-cycle finance transformation engagements, partnering with CFOs to define vision and modernize finance processes across various functions.
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle finance transformation engagements—strategy, design, and execution
Partner with CFOs to define vision, structure, and success measures
Reimagine and modernize processes across FP&A, R2R, O2C, P2P, treasury, and tax
Oversee the implementation of ERP, EPM, RPA, AI, and analytics tools
Drive stakeholder alignment, team leadership, and risk management across workstreams
Collaborate across practices (e.g., ERP, data, change, risk) to deliver holistic client value
Play an active role in business development, client management, and team mentoring
Qualification
Required
8+ years in finance transformation, ideally with Big 4 or top-tier consulting pedigree
Proven leadership across finance operations, shared services, or technology enablement
Strong understanding of digital finance tools—ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday), EPM, RPA
Track record of driving measurable business outcomes and leading C-level relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to inspire teams and grow practice capabilities
