Responsibilities
Define and champion a compelling multi-year vision and strategy for expert services for small business customers
Drive the entire product lifecycle from discovery and experimentation to launch and iteration for onboarding experiences
Act as the hub in a cross-functional team of talented partners across Design, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, and Marketing
Understand how technology shifts could impact current and future customers and how to harness the power of these technologies to build competitive durable advantage for Intuit
Collaborate and work across organizational groups to understand their priorities and identify where emerging technologies can accelerate their innovation for business impact
Design, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B testing, user studies) to validate effectiveness of new onboarding experiences and impact on key metrics like conversion and revenue; drive iteration of experiences based on results
Anticipate and resolve strategic issues to ensure your team's ability to deliver
Translate complex customer needs, technical capabilities, and business opportunities into a clear, prioritized roadmap with measurable customer and financial outcomes
Create and maintain momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset and a bias toward action
Qualification
Required
2+ years designing and delivering world-class consumer-facing software products
Solid track record of driving strategy and delivering products that utilize data-driven methods and AI for personalization or dynamic user experiences at scale
Experimental mindset, adept at qualitatively and quantitatively validating concepts and assumptions through rapid and iterative testing
Strong technical acumen; able to closely engage with engineering and data science regarding system architecture, capabilities, data flows, APIs, and technical considerations
Demonstrated ability in recognizing, learning, and using new technologies to solve important customer problems
Strong communication and relationship skills, including proven ability to influence strategic decision making
Deep customer obsession and strong track record delivering customer value through product innovation inspired by direct customer observations and quantitative data
Undergraduate degree in business, computer science, entrepreneurship, data science/analytics, innovation or finance
Preferred
MBA is a plus (equivalent professional experience will be considered)
