Gladiator Restoration is seeking a disciplined, strategic, and execution-driven Director of Operations & Finance to help lead our next phase of growth. This role is responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the operational and financial infrastructure of the company while ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and daily execution.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate daily business operations to ensure organizational efficiency, productivity, and compliance with policies and procedures
Establish and monitor performance metrics to drive accountability across departments
Identify operational inefficiencies, develop corrective action plans, and implement innovative, scalable solutions
Manage and oversee all financial functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budget administration
Reconcile financials on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy across bank statements, ledgers, and balance sheets
Prepare and present timely, accurate financial reports to executive leadership
Develop and manage budgets, monitor cash flow, and implement controls to safeguard company resources
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain readiness for internal or external audits
Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, retention, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with applicable labor laws
Develop and enforce policies that balance organizational needs with employee well-being
Lead by example to cultivate a culture of professionalism, respect, open communication, and team-oriented performance
Address employee concerns with fairness, empathy, and firm but constructive resolution strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required; Education requirement can be replaced with extensive experience
Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, HR, and finance
Proven ability to reconcile complex financials with precision and timeliness
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and financial management systems
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational growth
Mature leadership presence
Strong multi-tasking ability with a demonstrated capacity for rapid, informed decision-making
Results-driven with a 'get it done' mindset and innovative, solutions-oriented approach
Exceptional communication skills—articulate, empathetic, and persuasive in both written and verbal formats
Rational, reasonable, and fair in conflict resolution and decision-making
Team-oriented leader who values collaboration, accountability, and professional development of others
Strategic thinker with operational discipline and the ability to execute under pressure
