Responsibilities
Provide hands-on FP&A leadership with minimal oversight, supporting an existing team of analysts
Lead and enhance budgeting and forecasting processes, focusing on high-level, scalable approaches
Develop and implement a standardized CapEx review and approval process
Build and evaluate business cases to support operational and strategic decision-making
Review, streamline, and roll forward automated financial reports for the new fiscal year
Analyze and standardize segment reporting to ensure consistency and clarity for executive leadership and the Board
Partner with Finance and Operations leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights
Identify process gaps and recommend best practices to improve FP&A effectiveness
Support ongoing financial planning initiatives during a permanent leadership transition
Qualification
Required
Strong FP&A background with experience operating in a hands-on Manager or Director-level role
Proven experience developing CapEx processes and evaluating capital investment decisions
Solid budget development experience in complex, high-volume or multi-customer environments
Ability to step in quickly and operate independently with little hand-holding
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred
Experience working with FP&A systems; Workday Adaptive experience strongly preferred
ERP experience preferred (Epicor experience a plus)
