Responsibilities
Serves as the point of contact for all CRM related requests & issues. Promotes the proper use & adoption of the CRM application companywide. Provides ongoing support for the CRM systems
Develops, customizes, and continually manages all aspects of the CRM environments to improve overall business productivity, processes, & utilization. This includes building entities & relationships, forms, field creation & mapping, workflow & business processes, system & personal views, custom reports & more
Works closely with sales, marketing, IT & external developers to build & enhance system integrations & streamlined workflows within the CRM platforms. This includes consistently analyzing the Company’s business needs & opportunities in the CRM and adapt/improve the system accordingly to maximize efficiency
Establishes & maintains the data integrity of the CRM databases in regard to data flow between integrations that heavily rely on appropriate match queries, field mappings, & monitoring/adjusting the behavior of what & when the data should be created or overwritten
Assists the Reporting team on developing reports that use metrics and data to evaluate the effective use of the CRM systems and tracks results

Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
5 years' experience working with CRM software required
Demonstrates a strong technical, data-driven mindset
Strong project management, leadership and teamwork skills
Highly motivated self-starter, quick to identify and define organizational/operational challenges
Demonstrates the ability to formulate objectives, develops plan of execution, and implements solutions
Ability to communicate effectively across various departments and levels within the organization
Experience working in a sales environment
Exceptional trouble shooting and problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to write concise and accurate technical instructions on using the application for both general user and IT audience throughout product development
Ability to document and analyze sales processes, procedures, and policies
Advanced proficiency in MS office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a business or technology field
Mortgage industry experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
