Responsibilities
You will lead manufacturing operations to support competitive bids, optimize processes, and manage new equipment installations
You will provide customer‑facing technical support and partner with sales, quality, and management to ensure operational excellence
You will oversee process analysis, equipment selection, capital project justification, and deployment/validation of new production processes
You will monitor plant performance—including capacity, profitability, COPQ, and non‑conformances—to drive data‑based improvements and risk mitigation
You will ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality standards through strong governance and process control
You will recruit, develop, coach, and motivate team members while establishing succession plans, clear expectations, and a strong continuous‑improvement culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
3–5 years of management experience in fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Strong self‑motivation with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, and root‑cause analysis skills with the ability to extract and interpret data
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with control systems, PLCs, and common manufacturing process equipment
Effective collaborator with the ability to work across business leaders, operations teams, and frontline employees
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills—both written and verbal
