Responsibilities

Take ownership of internal systems end-to-end: understand current architecture, workflows, and operational constraints by working directly with existing system owners
Assess the internal systems landscape to produce a prioritized plan (technical debt, risks, and velocity blockers across access/tooling/resourcing), align stakeholders on the roadmap, and document decisions and tradeoffs clearly
Ship a small set of high-impact MVPs that reduce manual work and close data/traceability gaps, and quantify outcomes with meaningful operational metrics
Design and implement resilient integrations across heterogeneous systems (API/event/batch), with observability that supports real operations
Improve stability of existing workflows during buildout, and deliver a pragmatic migration strategy aligned to the roadmap
