Assist in the maintenance of accounts receivable calculations and records
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
Review documents for discrepancies and enter data
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, such as Word and Excel
Previous customer service and/or credit experience
Must be an effective communicator (verbal and written) with exceptional phone skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
Experience desired but not required in construction lien waivers
Support team within multi-functions of the department, identify and help slimline current processes
