The Director will plan, organize, and direct the Human Resources Department, ensuring compliance and excellence in personnel management while overseeing various HR functions.

Responsibilities
Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance
Administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, 401(k), life insurance, etc.)
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Manage employee relations, labor relations, grievances, and arbitration processes
Supervise HR personnel, ensuring ongoing training and professional growth
Maintain personnel records and OSHA reporting compliance
Lead employee engagement and recognition initiatives
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR and workforce-related matters
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree and/or Human Resources Certification (PHR/SPHR preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management or administration
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (COBRA, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
Preferred
Proven experience in a healthcare or unionized environment strongly preferred
