Responsibilities
Lead architecture definition and complex system problem solving in support of Research and Advanced Design programs
Lead the design, development, and documentation of systems using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Collaborate with the Chief Architect to build Systems Engineering artifacts supporting standards development for Northrop Grumman adopting programs
Generate and present material for internal and external customer briefings
Qualification
Required
Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline AND 12 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 10 years of related professional/military experience, OR a STEM Ph.D. AND 8 year of related professional/military experience
Must have experience developing systems engineering products and/or Mission Engineering
Must have experience leading a systems engineering team
Must have knowledge and experience with USAF Open Architecture approaches
Must have experience presenting to upper-level leadership
Must have an active DoD Secret clearance (background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled in Continuous Evaluation)
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
Preferred
Active Top Secret clearance
Active SAP
Knowledge and experience with OMS (Open Mission System Architecture Specification), UCI (Universal Command and Control Interface), and other DoD Open Architectures
Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite and Cameo Enterprise Architecture modeling for system design
Experience integrating complex systems across multiple domains
Experience demonstrating concepts to management and customers
