Responsibilities
Reviewing and fully understanding project contracts, specifications, scope, budgets, and allowances prior to project start
Monitoring project progress weekly, including labor costs, material costs, and productivity
Identifying opportunities for value engineering and improved fabrication or installation methods
Partnering with project/site leaders and operations managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
Managing job cost reporting, progress billings, and overall project profitability
Coordinating schedules, including subcontractor timelines, and updating overall project schedules monthly
Resolving project conflicts, changes, and potential risks related to scope, schedule, safety, or productivity
Reviewing and approving invoices for materials, labor, vendors, subcontractors, and rentals
Managing change orders with clients, general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (Associate's degree considered with relevant experience)
5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years leading projects
Strong working knowledge of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to clients and leadership
A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and perform under tight deadlines
