Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and log incoming IT hardware (laptops, monitors, peripherals, networking devices, etc.)
Maintain accurate asset inventory records using the organization’s asset management system
Organize, label, and store equipment in accordance with warehouse and safety standards
Conduct periodic physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
Track asset lifecycle from acquisition to decommissioning

Required

2–3+ years of experience in IT asset management, warehouse operations, or technical support
Active Top-Secret security clearance
Experience installing and configuring computer hardware and peripherals
Strong understanding of asset tracking systems or inventory management tools
Ability to lift and move equipment (typically 25–50 lbs)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams, PMO, and business units
