Must have atleast 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Troubleshooting, End User Experience, End User Build expertise, Windows 11 Experience
Windows 10/11 Deployment & OS Upgrade Proficiency
Hands‑on experience performing in‑place upgrades and fresh installs from Windows 10 to Windows 11, including understanding hardware readiness, TPM 2.0 requirements, Secure Boot, BitLocker considerations, and rollback scenarios
HP Hardware & Firmware Expertise
Familiarity with HP endpoint models (EliteBook, ProDesk, Z‑series, etc.), including BIOS/UEFI updates, HP Support Assistant, HP Image Assistant, driver packs, and firmware dependencies critical to a successful Windows 11 upgrade
Endpoint Management & Deployment Tool Experience
Working knowledge of enterprise deployment tools such as Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Autopilot, and task sequences used to push OS upgrades at scale while minimizing user disruption
Troubleshooting & Post‑Upgrade Validation Skills
Strong ability to diagnose and remediate upgrade failures, driver conflicts, application compatibility issues, user profile problems, and post‑upgrade performance or security concerns on Windows 11
Operational Discipline & End‑User Support Awareness
Experience operating in a corporate environment with change management, documentation, ticketing systems, upgrade checklists, and clear communication to end users before, during, and after the upgrade process
Client Relationship Management (CRM) Skills
