Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of marketing partners, managing day-to-day communication and performance tracking
Monitor and enhance partner integrations via API, ensuring smooth lead flow and system functionality
Use data to identify trends, optimize acquisition funnels, and reduce friction in the conversion process
Develop and deliver clear, data-backed presentations to internal stakeholders
Lead or contribute to ad-hoc projects to improve marketing operations and customer experience
Conduct regular compliance reviews to ensure all marketing efforts align with company standards
Review customer feedback and support initiatives that elevate the user experience
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in business operations, partnership management, or performance marketing
Strong proficiency in Excel (or similar tools); working knowledge of SQL preferred
Comfortable analyzing and interpreting data to support business decisions
Confident communicator with strong verbal and written presentation skills
Skilled at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects at once
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree required
