Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of strategic corporate or agency accounts, delivering revenue growth and high-value partnerships
Lead business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and performance discussions with customer executives and travel stakeholders
Analyze account performance using internal data tools and identify actionable opportunities for share growth, revenue optimization, and program adoption
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their goals and aligning them with AA’s commercial strategy
Partner with internal teams across Revenue Management, Loyalty, Network Planning, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to deliver customer-focused solutions
Prepare presentations, proposals, and insights that influence customer decisions and internal leadership alignment
Communicate updates on AA products, services, retailing initiatives, and distribution changes
Represent AA professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and cross-functional forums

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis, or other airline commercial functions
Strong account strategy development and execution capabilities
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Polished communication and presentation skills, including executive-level communication
Ability to operate in a competitive, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail
Understanding of modern retailing and distribution (NDC, GDS, OBTs, merchandising strategies)

Preferred

Corporate travel, airline sales, or B2B account management experience
Experience with contract management, negotiation, or commercial planning
Familiarity with corporate travel ecosystem (TMCs, OBTs, agencies)
