Responsibilities
Handle assets of deceased customers and proper reporting per regulatory requirements
Process requests from third parties for the release of bank information in accordance with federal and state financial privacy acts
Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international collection items
Perform account maintenance check back
Perform scanning/archiving of account documentation
Back up for Daily review and processing of unposted items and return items
Will be cross-trained on various positions in the department
Qualification
Required
Customer service oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines
Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills
Analytical, detail-oriented with good decision making skills
Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task
Excellent work ethic
Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
