5+ years expvon Briesen & Roper, s.c. is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with eDiscovery experience in their Milwaukee office. This role will provide support to attorneys throughout all stages of litigation and will be responsible for managing eDiscovery processes and maintaining best practices.

Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining documents under attorney supervision, including notices, briefs, citations, witness disclosures, exhibits, jury demands, stipulations, authorizations and subpoenas for records
Assist litigation attorneys with discovery requests, subpoenas, dockets, court orders and other related litigation support tasks
Lead the eDiscovery data management efforts from collection to production and post-trial/post-settlement archives
Manage and maintain electronic document databases and eDiscovery platforms, ensuring data integrity, organization, accessibility and retention
Help to create and update defensible and consistent eDiscovery documentation, workflows, processes and best practices
Assist in vendor selection and vendor management related to litigation and eDiscovery service providers, including forensic investigations and trial support
Monitor and stay current on eDiscovery technology, litigation developments, and industry best practices—especially in the areas related to Artificial Intelligence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certification
At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience
Courtroom experience
Preferred
Strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Passion for client service
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
Experience with legal software
Demonstrated AI experience
Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS)
Relativity Processing Specialist
Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
