Ordering and Stocking Office Supplies
Support Facilities, IT as well as the Hospitality Departments
Coordinating Courier runs
Assisting with New Hires
Closing Files
Provide Back up for Reception when necessary
Assists with special projects as needed
Qualification
Required

Experience with copying, scanning, printing and preparing binders
Ability to order and stock office supplies
Support for Facilities, IT, and Hospitality Departments

Providing backup for reception when necessary
Assisting with special projects as needed
