Responsibilities
Oversee and manage quality control for all structural concrete operations across multiple projects
Review structural drawings, rebar layouts, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
Conduct pre-pour inspections, formwork checks, rebar verification, and concrete placement monitoring
Document QA/QC activities, including testing results, inspections, and corrective actions
Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, engineers, and inspectors to resolve quality issues
Ensure all workmanship meets project requirements, industry standards, and engineering specifications
Maintain QC logs, reports, and documentation in accordance with company and project requirements
Drive a culture of quality, consistency, and accountability across all field operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of quality control or field supervision experience in commercial structural concrete
Strong understanding of rebar, formwork systems, concrete mix designs, and placement requirements
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and engineered plans
Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience collaborating with engineers, inspectors, and project teams
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
A commitment to precision, consistency, and quality craftsmanship
Preferred
Experience working for a concrete subcontractor strongly preferred
Familiarity with tilt-wall construction is a plus
