Construction Attorney

Responsibilities

Managing construction legal risk across the organization
Advising on construction contract negotiations, implementation, and compliance
Overseeing construction dispute resolution, including litigation
Coordinating cross-functionally to facilitate ambitious construction timelines
Drafting and advising on leases and commercial contracts
Assisting the General Counsel with other legal issues as needs arise

Required

J.D. degree
5+ years of legal experience (including clerkships)
Substantial experience in construction law
Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
This position is based in Los Angeles, CA and requires being onsite full-time – hybrid and remote work will not be considered
