Create org charts, solution diagrams, and infographics for proposals—often sameday turnaround
Develop visual concepts that make complex technical solutions approachable
Build and maintain a library of reusable proposal graphic templates
Collaborate with capture teams to translate requirements into compelling visuals
Manage multiple graphics requests during peak proposal periods
Execute LinkedIn content calendar: 3 posts/week (President’s personal) + 2 posts/week (company)
Write engaging captions that drive comments and shares, not just likes
Engage daily with industry content—be an active presence, not a scheduler
Portfolio demonstrating visual design work (commercial/professional, not just personal projects)
Experience creating content for social media (professional or well-developed personal brand)
Photography experience (professional or enthusiast level with strong eye)
Track record of meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
