IT Helpdesk Specialist for Manhattan Law Firm
McAloon & Friedman, P.C. is a law firm specializing in medical malpractice defense. They are seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to support their attorneys and staff by troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining office technical equipment, and ensuring smooth IT operations within the firm.

Responsibilities
Minimum IT level 2-3
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems with Microsoft products
Willing to support internal users in order to solve problems related to their workstations
Configure, install and maintain all office technical equipment, including printers, monitors and other IT peripherals
Identify and escalate situations to outside IT MSP requiring urgent attention
Interact with outside IT MSP and review their activities and invoices
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Work with vendors to help resolve technical issues
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years proven working experience in help desk and IT supporting in 30+ users
Excellent ability to install, administer and troubleshoot computer hardware, software
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, remote desktop security systems
Customer service oriented, strong communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
