This role involves the maintenance and support of computer and network hardware, as well as technical support for applications and peripherals in a pediatric environment.

Responsibilities
Works under the guidance of the Senior Analyst, Technical Support, to provide support and participate in project activities
Responsible for facility IS duties, minor hardware/software configuration, and repairs
Installs, repairs, modifies, maintains, and provides technical support for applications, PC operating systems, PC hardware, printers, and related peripherals
Provides operational and administrative support; testing, printing, and report distribution, backups, first-line support, etc
Utilizes the service ticketing system to log reported issues, document resolution, and/or assign to the appropriate work group
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
One year of customer service experience
Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements
Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more,) and to identify and distinguish colors
Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc
Frequent keyboard use/data entry
Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping
Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs
Rare climbing
