Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and manage Dynatrace, AppDynamics (AppD), and Splunk for full-stack observability across applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms

Build and optimize customized dashboards, alerts, and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to enable proactive system health monitoring and rapid incident response

Perform hands-on instrumentation of services and analyze telemetry data to detect and resolve performance issues

Convert legacy Splunk Processing Language (SPL) queries to Dynatrace Query Language (DQL) for improved data visualization and monitoring

Administer and maintain observability tools, ensuring reliable and efficient monitoring environments

Collaborate closely with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), development, and operations teams to optimize system reliability and support incident resolution

Serve as a technical expert, executing hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks on observability tools and underlying operating systems

Leverage at least 7 years of experience in observability practices, with expert-level knowledge of Dynatrace deployment, dashboard creation, and query language conversion

Ensure 100% allocation and availability throughout the contract duration

(Nice-to-have) Support AppDynamics administration and contribute in systems integration or technology services environments
