Regional Catering Sales Manager
Flynn Panera is a leading franchise operator within the Flynn Group, known for its commitment to community and customer service. The Regional Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing existing catering clients and acquiring new business in the Kansas City metro area and surrounding regions.
Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth across a geographic territory including Kansas City and surrounding areas through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (often corporate accounts, catering clients, or key customers)
Use CRM tools (like Salesforce) to track leads, forecast sales, and manage pipeline
Partner with local café teams and corporate operations to deliver excellent customer experiences and ensure smooth execution of orders
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales support teams to implement territory plans
Qualification
Required
Currently located in the Kansas City metro area
Strong knowledge of local communities, businesses, and events
2–5+ years of sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Experience in B2B, food service, hospitality, or account management
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) and MS Office suite
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, multitask, and build sales plans
Orientation toward high customer satisfaction and long-term business growth
Preferred
Experience in remote sales or regional territory management roles
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Ability to present and report effectively to corporate leadership
