This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle registrations, resolving EZ Pass issues, and maintaining comprehensive asset filing systems.

Responsibilities
Administer and track vehicle registrations for company assets
Address and resolve EZ Pass account issues and discrepancies
Maintain organized records of asset documentation and filings
Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to ensure compliance
Support audits and reporting related to asset management
Assist with other tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with vehicle registrations and asset documentation
Familiarity with title transfers in and out of state procedures
Familiarity with EZ Pass systems and issue resolution
Strong organizational and record keeping skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective communication and problem solving abilities
