They are seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support the full lifecycle of finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, invoicing, and collections, while ensuring healthy cash flow and accurate financial communication.

Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day AP and AR activities, including invoice processing, payment posting, and collections follow-up
Own the billing & invoicing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support month-end close through reconciliations and reporting
Prepare and maintain AR aging reports, escalating risks proactively
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain clean financial records
Work directly with customers, including those in LATAM, to support billing and payment issues
Contribute to process improvements that strengthen financial accuracy, speed, and efficiency
Support a fast-growing finance organization as we scale globally
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Experience with billing, invoicing, and collections
Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Solid Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
High attention to detail
Proactive problem-solver with “speak-up” mentality
Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
Accountability, reliability, and strong follow-through
Preferred
Spanish (preferred) or Portuguese language skills
Experience in SaaS, agriculture tech, or technology companies
Experience with procure-to-pay (P2P) or order-to-cash (OTC) cycles
